    Learn the art of regenerative organic tea-making from soil to sip. Kick off by getting your hands dirty, discovering how we compost and nurture our soil’s buzzing food web to grow vibrant, nutrient-rich tea bushes. Visit our nursery to raise saplings, then master planting and caring for tea plants using biodynamic methods and syncing with cosmic rhythms for epic flavour.

  • How do you pluck tea?

    Once the tea sapling has grown into a mature bush how is the tea plucked? It's tougher than it looks. Which leaves need to be plucked, which have to be left on the bush if it is to survive? Why do some tea growers use machines? Why is hand-plucking still the choice for quality tea? Spend a day learning the rigorous art of hand plucking tea.

  • How is Tea Made?

    Green Tea...black tea...chai...oolong... white tea... herbal tea... there are so many teas in the universe. How is it all made? Once the leaf is brought to the factory how do you actually make tea? Does green tea come from a green tea bush and black tea from a black tea bush?

    Step into our factory for a tea-crafting crash course! Roll up your sleeves and explore the magic of processing CTC, green, orthodox, and white teas, each with its own flair—bright, bold, or delicate. You’ll learn the secrets of transforming fresh leaves into aromatic masterpieces.

    You may tour all the tea factories of the world, but what makes this course unique is that we will teach you how to hand-craft your own teas so you can understand with full confidence how each variety is made.

    Why is tea graded? Why do we blend tea? What is a tea standard? What does Broken Pekoe mean? FTGFOP, TGFOP, blah blah...it's a whole different vocabulary! Yes, and you will not only learn what it all means, but blend and pack your own teas, mixing flavours like a pro.
